All websites are hosted on Framer’s modern cloud architecture with SSL encryption, automatic platform updates, pre-rendered content delivery, and global CDN support for optimal speed and reliability. Framer follows strict protocols to protect uptime, code security, and platform stability.
2. Billing & Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant platform that securely handles all customer transactions. Brand Uplift never stores or processes card data directly.
3. Internal Protocols
We use encrypted password managers and version-controlled platforms to manage projects securely. All staff and contractors sign confidentiality agreements and follow company guidelines on data handling.
4. Client Data
Client login credentials, once provided, are stored securely and only accessed by authorized team members. We strongly recommend clients update passwords after project completion to maintain maximum control.
5. Security Monitoring
We monitor all project sites for uptime, spam threats, and DNS issues. We also install tracking tools to evaluate performance, identify unusual traffic, and support ongoing optimization.
6. Vulnerability Response
In the event of a known vulnerability, Brand Uplift LLC acts immediately to apply patches, alert the client, and resolve the issue. Our sites update automatically and benefit from platform-wide improvements made by Framer’s dev team.
