Welcome to Brand Uplift LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of all digital services provided by Brand Uplift LLC, including but not limited to web design, website hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising, analytics integration, technical maintenance, and general consulting services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, security, and a smooth working relationship for all parties.

1. Our Services

Website Design & Hosting: We offer custom-built websites hosted on Framer’s cutting-edge infrastructure. Our builds are mobile-responsive, SEO-optimized, fast-loading, and include image compression, CMS support, form handling, spam filtering, SSL security, and global CDN coverage. Hosting is renewed annually unless canceled in writing with 30 days' notice.

SEO Campaigns: Our SEO offerings begin with a detailed research and setup phase. Monthly work includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, blog content creation, backlink outreach, crawl score monitoring, and ranking analysis. We also submit websites to search engines, maintain schema markup, and continuously optimize based on industry best practices.

Google Ads Management: We offer complete campaign management including landing page creation, keyword targeting, negative filtering, conversion tracking setup, retargeting, geotargeting, fraud protection, weekly optimization, and custom reporting. Campaigns are designed to align with your business goals and industry benchmarks. Additional Consulting Services: From local listings management and brand strategy to design enhancements and growth advisory, we provide ongoing consulting tailored to your specific digital marketing needs.

2. Billing and Payment Structure

Website Projects: A 50% deposit is due upfront before design work begins. The remaining 50% is billed upon approval of the final design. Once live, hosting is billed annually unless canceled.

SEO & Google Ads: Services begin after the initial setup fee is processed. Ongoing billing occurs monthly, on the 28th of the prior month, via Stripe. Clients will receive receipts and have access to their billing portal through Stripe.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work and the labor-intensive processes involved, we do not offer refunds on setup fees or services that have been rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy

SEO and Ads services require a minimum commitment of three months. After this period, services may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice.

Website hosting can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice prior to renewal.

Services will remain active through the paid period and cease at the end of that cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities and Access Requirements

Clients are expected to provide Brand Uplift with necessary access credentials for domains, Google accounts, hosting platforms, or third-party tools. Credentials are stored securely and used strictly for the purposes of fulfilling our scope of work. We encourage clients to change their passwords upon completion of onboarding or project delivery.

5. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We utilize industry-standard platforms including Framer, Google, Meta Business Suite, Stripe, and others. Brand Uplift is not responsible for outages, updates, changes, or restrictions made by these third-party platforms. However, we will always work in good faith to troubleshoot and resolve any issues within our scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brand Uplift LLC will not be held liable for data loss, revenue loss, missed leads, or any other indirect damages resulting from service delays, downtime, third-party issues, or client-side misconfigurations. We are committed to offering best-in-class service but do not guarantee specific placement or performance.

7. Revisions and Scope Adjustments

Each website package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions, scope changes, or feature requests outside the original agreement may incur additional charges. These will be quoted and approved before any work begins.

8. Communication

All communication is handled via email unless otherwise agreed upon. Our team responds to all client requests within one business day. Urgent requests should be flagged accordingly.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email and updates will always be reflected on our website.
